Corio FRV Station currently have two Trucks in service that should be taken off the road, but cannot due to no spare Trucks being available across the State.
The almost 14 and 15 year old Trucks are approaching their mandated replacement dates, but there are no plans to replace them.
A retention cable for a hose bin has broken off on one Truck, leaving it at risk of opening whilst driving, whilst the roof monitor of the other Truck will not house after being deployed causing delays in being able to drive the vehicle whilst it is manually housed using a ladder.
