Firefighters at Station 62 Corio have been without one of their trucks since Wednesday night due to a pump failure.
Corio usually runs two fire trucks due to the nearby refinery, heavy industry, and high medical response demand — but no spare fire truck is available.
This is yet another sign of Victoria’s worsening Fire Crisis. Firefighters are losing confidence in their fire trucks — and in FRV Commissioner Freeman to fix the Fire Crisis.
