As Victorians rang in the New Year, it’s Fire Rescue Fleet continued to falter across the State.

Multiple Trucks broke down, including this 17 year old appliance in Brooklyn.

Oil from the Truck leaked through the Station, presenting a potentially hazardous situation for Firefighters.

This Truck should have been taken off the Road two years, as mandated by FRV policy.

But a lack of planning and funding by the Allan Government is leaving the community and firefighter’s with a fleet that is out of date, unreliable and not fit for purpose.
